Holiday concert --- We are doing How the Penguins Saved Christmas. =C2=A0The=
re is a Kazoo fanfare to announce the Emporer penguin. =C2=A0Instead of Kazo=
os I have taught my gifted 3rd graders to play Jingle Bells. =C2=A0I have no=
w taught gifted second and 3rd graders for several years. =C2=A0Their abilit=
y to follow my directions is exacting. =C2=A0I began teaching them this song=
as their first piece. I dared and they did it. =C2=A0They amaze me. =C2=A0W=
e have two more weeks before the performance and they've done it. =C2=A0I ha=
ve 14 students and I teach them for 45 minutes once a week. =C2=A0
