I need a copy of my account showing that I paid it so that I can be paid
back for the subscription. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for seeing
about this. I plan on renewing my subscription before next school year. I
have really enjoyed it.

I have tried to open the zip file on my computer and a screen that says
"File Conversion" pops up. It is all gibberish. I tried downloading again
and there is now a sign on the website that says I have downloaded 5 times
and it will not do it again. I have not downloaded that many times and I
still don't have my magazine. Thank you for anything you can do to help me
receive this product.
