I've done that, as well as set recorder Karate levels for those kids in 5th
and sixth grade who already played alto. They got to choose whether they
played alto or soprano in class. In addition, my instrumental consort kids
got to choose whether they wanted to use my classroom Recorder Karate songs
or if they wanted to use songs the consort was playing to achieve their
levels.

Yes, this is one thing I have thought about
to challenge the black belt kids when the
others in the classroom will not be at their level.
I see some two-three part music coming into
my future.
