Our county nurse who comes to the school checked with the county health dep=
artment. She said not to sanitize (there could be health / liability issues=
); each student needs her / his own to play. Students may clean them at hom=
e. We put the information that each student needs their own in the recorder=
/ supply information sheet, and convey the message to parents.=C2=A0We als=
o=C2=A0more strongly suggest that recorders come to class in cases this yea=
r, and most comply.=20

Hello, Everyone!=20
=C2=A0=20
Has anyone been struggling with the issue of cleaning classroom recorders? =
In the past, our general music staff has encouraged students to buy their o=
wn recorders and have had extras available for those who don't purchase the=
m. They are then sprayed between classes with Roche-Thomas Mi-T-Mist spray.=
In these days of H1N1, do we dare continue to do this?=20
