I put ours through my dishwasher at home, bottom rack, standing up. Betwee=
n student uses, I disinfect using Sterisol.

For me, I honestly have no idea. I think our cooks put them in with the
silverware, upright.

When I taught I just laid them down horizontally in piles on the top rack.
If there was water after inside I just wiped with a cloth.
